Mixing Mill and Banbury Mixer for openers and compactors

I. Refining machine operating procedures

1. Before starting the machine, send on the power supply, open the wind valve, and open the cooling water or steam valve according to the needs of the process (if the return pipe is controlled by a valve, the circuit should be opened first).Banbury Mixer

2. Work mode selector switch to the manual position, thallium switch to "up" position, the thallium is raised, open the feeding door, start the motor, to be converted after the motor delay, start feeding, feeding should gradually increase, each piece of rubber is not more than 5kg, feeding is complete, turn the thallium control open to "down" position, the thallium is dropped. After feeding, turn the thallium control to the "down" position, the thallium will fall and close the feeding door at the same time, then the mixing of rubber will start. After the rubber is mixed, raise the thallium to the upper limit switch and turn the chamber control switch to the "turn" position, the chamber will turn forward. Turn the control switch to the "zero" position at the limit switch, and then start to discharge the material. After the material is discharged, turn the control switch to the "back" position, the chamber will start to turn back, and turn the chamber control switch to the "zero" position immediately after the return to the place, that is, to complete a rubber mixing program. Continue to use according to the above procedure.Banbury Mixer

3. After work, close the water, wind, and steam valves and cut off the power supply.

4. Stop work

(1). Clean up the rubber in the mixing room, and clean up the hygiene of all parts, so that the work is finished, the rubber is clean, and the site is clear.

(2). Turn off the power supply and water, wind, and steam valves.Banbury Mixer

(3). Give an account of the operation of the shift to the end of the shift.

III. Open refining machine operating proceduresBanbury Mixer

1. Before driving, you must wear protective equipment to achieve the "three tight", prohibiting the waist belt, rubber, bare arms, and cloak operation.

2. Check whether there is debris in the middle of the roller and the middle of the large and small gears before driving, confirm that there are no dangerous factors before starting the motor, and then pull the emergency brake lever to test whether the emergency brake is sensitive (the roller rotation is not allowed to exceed a quarter of a week after braking), and it is usually prohibited to use the emergency brake to stop.

3. When two or more people operate, they must echo each other and confirm that there is no danger before driving.

4、Adjusting the roller distance should be balanced, and the operation of the partial roller is strictly prohibited (the minimum range of adjusting distance is 1mm, and the maximum range is 15mm), and it is strictly prohibited to adjust the distance beyond the range.

5. Feeding should be done on the side of the big gear, and the amount of feeding should not exceed 10kg each time, and no overfeeding is allowed to prevent overload.

6、After the work is finished, the roller distance must be loosened to more than 3mm when working with a small roller distance.

7、After the work, close the water and steam valves and cut off the power supply.

8. Clean up the dust, oil, and debris on, under, and around the machine, so that the work is finished, the material is clean and the site is clear.

IV. Open type rubber making machine maintenance proceduresBanbury Mixer

1、Check the maintenance work before drivingBanbury Mixer

(1). Check whether there is any abnormality in the rubber stopper, roller, roller distance, and distance adjusting device.

(2). Check the coupling and fasteners, the coupling should be good and tight without looseness.

(3). Check that the inlet and outlet pipes are free and clear and that there is no leakage.

(4). Check the oil level of the gearbox, to be at the specified oil level.

(5). Check the oil pump, the oil pump should be clear and without leakage, and the oil level in the oil collection tank should be kept at the specified position.

(6). Check the oil pump, transmission gear, speed ratio gear, each bearing to add enough oil, the lubricating oil cup, oil nozzle, and each transmission part timely refueling.

(7). Check that the safety brake device is flexible and reliable and that the surfaces of the brake belt and brake wheel match well. Adjust the gap to 1~2mm.
