Structural features

The working surface of the rotor, the wall inside the refining chamber and the surface of the discharge door are surfaced with wear-resistant alloy, and the contact surface between the pressure weight and the rubber is hardened.
4. All-round cooling. Rotor, refining chamber, unloading door and pressure weight can be cooled by water.
5. Adopting double-row centripetal spherical roller bearings with taper in the bore, easy to disassemble, long service life and energy saving.
6. There are two ways to drive the top bolt: pneumatic top bolt and hydraulic top bolt. Hydraulic top bolt adopts closed automatic control system, the pressure can be adjusted steplessly, with high precision, high strength and other characteristics.
7. The rotor end face seal adopts hydraulic type, with adjustable sealing ratio pressure and reliable sealing.
8. Reducer gears are hardened and ground.
9. Imported PLC is adopted to realize automatic production of rubber refining.
