Four-roller calender is mainly used for calendering film and textiles for gluing and rubbing.
Features.
Rubber calender mainly consists of rollers, roller bearings, roller distance adjusting device, frame, roller temperature adjusting device, lubrication system, shaft cross, preload drive system and control system.
1. Roller
Roller is the main parts of calender molding machine, but also to determine the quality of calender molding products and yield of the key components. The roller is the part that directly completes the calendering products, which directly affects the precision, quality and productivity of the calendering products. The working surface of the cylinder has high abrasion resistance and good finish; the body of the cylinder has sufficient strength and rigidity, good thermal conductivity.
Silver cylinder material
Calender roller material is generally used for high surface hardness, adding rare metal alloy chromium, vantage or alloy cold hard cast iron roller. Due to the calendering process requirements than the rubber refining process requirements are stringent, so the requirements of the roller and the following special requirements.
(1). The surface of the roller should be finished by grinding.
2). The wall thickness of the working part of the cylinder should be uniform, so as not to cause uneven heat transfer.
3). Series cylinder has enough rigidity and dimensional accuracy, deformation should be small:.

Calender roller structure form has two kinds, namely hollow lifting cylinder and drilling series cylinder, due to the special characteristics of drilling roller, high precision calender adopts drilling roller.
The heating and cooling form of drilling roller is divided into single drilling and group drilling two kinds of holes, in which the group drilling method speeds up the flow speed of steam and cooling water, and the heat transfer effect is good.
The characteristics of the drilling roller are
(1). Drilled silver cylinder heat transfer area is large.
(2). The wall thickness of the working part of the silver cylinder is uniform, so the heat transfer is uniform.
3). The cross sectional area of the series cylinder is large, and its stiffness has been greatly improved:.
(4) The thermal conductivity of the cylinder is smooth, the temperature of the series surface is uniform, the temperature response is fast, and it is easy to realize the automatic control of temperature.
